For over 15 years, Rebecca has engaged in an extensive, in-depth and ongoing study of dispute resolution, with an emphasis on commercial / business / money-driven disputes. Most recently with the advent of COVID-19 and ESI, her training has focused on developing skills and adapting mediation and arbitration to these new circumstances and challenges so that dispute resolution can proceed in an efficient, economic and fair way.
