For sixth consecutive year in a row, Rebecca presented a program on recent developments in arbitration, mediation and settlement to the ADR Section of the Orange County Bar Association. This program was presented on March 26, 2018 with colleague Chris Blank.
In April 2018, the recent developments program will be revamped a bit and presented at the monthly meeting of the Pepperdine / Straus American Inn of Court as an interactive discussion program with assist being provided by co-panelists and Inn members, Pamela Zylstra, Chris Blank and David Schack.
